perfect lunch
With these four things on my plate at work today, I could hardly pay attention to the presenter who was talking while I was eating:
Raw Mustard Green Salad with Gruyère and Anchovy Croutons
Simmered Farro Salad with Cranberry, Golden Raisin and Toasted Almonds
Grilled Napa Cabbage with Toasted Sesame Seeds
Orange & Soy Glazed Pork Belly
