badge

Last week, when I was having a particularly frustrating day at work, I discovered that our internal work directory has a function where anyone can upload a little image and some text, and then direct that it be posted on anyone else's directory entry. It's called a "badge," and I had previously assumed that it was a function that required some kind of admin rights. It gave me a disproportionate amount of joy to create a few badges and put them on a few of my friends' pages. I've already started making plans for more of them. It was the highlight of an otherwise dark day, sad but true, but at least there was a highlight.
