When the CEO drops by because he's bored and wants you to entertain him, asks your opinion on how different members of the team are doing (after asking you yesterday to help get the team gelled and on track), and then he tells you that you're underpaid and he's going to fix it, it's a pretty awesome five minute interlude in the middle of an otherwise lightspeed day.
