perfect lunch

With these four things on my plate at work today, I could hardly pay attention to the presenter who was talking while I was eating:
  • Raw Mustard Green Salad with Gruyère and Anchovy Croutons 
  • Simmered Farro Salad with Cranberry, Golden Raisin and Toasted Almonds 
  • Grilled Napa Cabbage with Toasted Sesame Seeds 
  • Orange & Soy Glazed Pork Belly
